Do you know why I drive 45 minutes three mornings a week to train at Frantic before working a 10 hour day? Because of the people! Owner & Barefoot Enthusiast
The leader and visionary behind what makes Frantic great. Coote has been leading troops in fitness since he was 16. Graduating from a boxing instructor background to pt to CrossFit Coach before opening Frantic back in 2013. Coach Coote is the optime of student to movement, always learning and always looking for new ways to get more out of his members. If you need something done, put it to the brain of Coote, he’s sure to come up with a solution.
Head Coach & Fitness Nerd
About as hard working and committed as they come. Khada leads from the front setting the example for all of Team Frantic on how to work towards being the best version of you. He’s competed at national level in weightlifting and is an aspiring CrossFit regionals athlete. He listens to more podcasts and reads more books than most have coffees and fits the coaching ethos of Frantic perfectly, relentless education to become a better person and a better coach.
Coach & Combat Specialist
Dee is one of the most hard working coaches in the four walls of Frantic. She looks innocent and sweet but has a background in kickboxing and rugby! Never shying away from a challenge and our resident support network for our athletes, she’ll be seeing getting even more excited about your pb than you! Keep an eye on Dee running Combat conditioning and self defense courses throughout the year. And hit her up for some personal training if you want to learn to turn your body into a weapon (as well as looking like one).
Coach & Kettlebell Specialist
MC brings a relentless never quit attitude we love at Frantic. Whether it’s conquering a muscle up or working for a pb, she’s the perfect example of consistency leading to exceptional results! She’s an animal flow expert (a mixture of yoga, pilates and animal movements) and master of the kettlebell. Jump in on a FIIT or animal flow class and hit her up for some unique approaches to core strength!
Coach & Endurance Specialist
Need to up scale your endurance? Got a fun run, triathlon, swim or obstacle race you’re training for? We’ve got the best in the business. She’s a former national level long course swimmer, triathlete, CrossFit competitior, spartan racer and marathon runner (to name a few). Chloe is also the creator of swim WOD, a program designed for functional fitness enthusiasts to improve their form and endurance in the water. Mindset Coach & Nutritionist
Kim is our go to coach for all things nutrition. She has a unique approach which was developed through her own battles with ptsd which lead her to develop a mindset system approach to eating. She won’t feed you fad diets or “get ripped quick” schemes but real long term sustainable strategies and approaches for your long term results and happiness.
